1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Günay Triko San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”), in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below. Rapsodi Collezione is a brand of the Company.

2. Personal data processed

Through the forms on our website, we may process your full name, job title, company details, email address, phone number, project and request information, and any files you upload.

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of receiving and responding to your requests for quotations, samples, appointments and information; conducting sales processes; managing customer relations; fulfilling legal obligations; and, where you have given explicit consent, sending commercial electronic communications.

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the website forms, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK — the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest — and, with regard to commercial electronic communications, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the hosting, email and form infrastructure providers whose services we use, and to authorised public authorities.

6. Your rights
