Buyer’s guide
Bring your brand identity to your team with corporate uniforms
Every customer-facing team is a living representative of the brand; people’s first contact with your company is often through an employee, and that employee’s appearance becomes the first impression they form of your brand. Corporate uniforms translate your company’s identity into the appearance of your employees, from the reception desk of an office to the sales floor of a shop. That is why Rapsodi Collezione’s approach is not just to supply garments, but to design your team’s complete look.
A corporate clothing programme is usually built as a flexible wardrobe: women’s and men’s suit jackets, tailored trousers, a pencil skirt, blouses, and scarves and ties in the corporate colour. These pieces can be combined to offer variety throughout the week and bring different roles together under the same identity. For men, a suit jacket, tailored trousers and an optional waistcoat are combined on the same principle. The Milano Women’s Blazer and its companion pieces can form the backbone of this wardrobe.
When choosing office staff uniforms, think about what the team does during the day: more formal suits for managers who spend much of their time in meetings, blazers that move easily for teams who welcome customers, and sets distinguished by accessories for showroom and shop teams. You can carry your corporate colour on scarves and ties and your logo in embroidery on the jacket chest, and personalise customer relationships with name embroidery. For the management team, the Direzione Executive Collection offers an option one step more formal.
For teams working across different locations, size planning is the most time-consuming part of a staff uniform project. Upload your staff list to the size planning tool to work out the breakdown, then fill in the size–quantity matrix for each product. Choosing fabric from swatch cards and approving it on a sample is the safest way to get the same result across different branches. For new employees, simply reorder the approved models. FAQ
Before you buy: common questions.
Are corporate uniforms only for office teams?
No. Corporate clothing programmes can be prepared not only for offices but also for retail stores, showrooms and customer-facing service teams. The core wardrobe of jackets, trousers, skirts, blouses and accessories is combined for different roles, while corporate colour and logo application bring all teams together under the same identity.
How do we collect size information for employees at our different branches?
Simply collect the staff list with size information from each branch; the size planning tool helps you work out the product-by-product breakdown from this list. If size information is not yet final, you can send a quote request with the total headcount and confirm the breakdown together at the sampling and fitting stage. Delivery terms are specified per project in the quote.
How do you apply our corporate colours and logo to the garments?
Your corporate colour can be matched through scarves, ties, waistcoats or fabric colour. Your logo is applied in embroidery, usually on the jacket chest or on an accessory, and name embroidery can also be added for the employee’s name. You can upload your logo and brand guidelines via the quote form; placement, size and colour matching are finalised at the sample stage.
